VINTAGE REDESIGN & PRESERVATION
At The Collection Inc., we transform vintage gowns, veils, and heirloom fabrics into modern, one-of-a-kind creations. Whether reshaping a silhouette, integrating new details, or creating something entirely fresh, our couture approach ensures your cherished piece is reimagined for a new chapter. Here’s a breakdown of our process:
Complete your Collection Inc. Profile; upload photos of your heirloom pieces and tell us about its story.
Vision Fitting We start with a one-on-one consultation with our designers where we explore the possibilities of redesigning your vintage piece and assess its structure, fabrics, and potential for transformation. $500 non-refundable deposit required to be paid on the date of your fitting in our Brooklyn Parlour.
Atelier Transformation: Our atelier begins the reconstruction process, reshaping silhouettes, adjusting proportions, and integrating luxury details such as custom lacework, hand-beading, or modern design elements.
Finalization: During the final fittings, we fine-tune every detail, perfecting the fit, adjusting embellishments, and ensuring the final silhouette feels fresh and intentional.
Upon completion of your Vision fitting, a complete estimate and timeline for your project is given within 7 days of your Vision Fitting. Our vintage preservation service begins at $2500 and varies based on the scope of work. Please complete your Collection Inc. PRIVATE CHARM PARTIES
Within the walls of our Brooklyn Parlour, you’re invited to mark life’s turning points; birthdays, farewells, engagements, and bachelorette's with a private charm-making experience among your closest circle. Select from a curated collection of rare and symbolic charms, each sourced for its story. With the guidance of our atelier staff, you'll design a necklace that holds meaning; shaped by memory, ritual, and the people who matter most.
$268 Per Guest + $1350 Venue Fee Includes:
A 2.5-hour guided charm-making experience in our Brooklyn Parlour, thoughtfully led by our atelier team
Exclusive access to our curated seasonal charm collection, with your selection of up to 8 charms per chain
Choice of gold- or silver-plated chain
One bottle of champagne for every two guests to enjoy
Please Note:
A minimum of 6 guests is required to reserve a private event
Smaller parties may secure the minimum by buying out remaining seats
Groups exceeding 10 guests will incur an additional staffing fee.

Your journey with The Collection Inc. begins in our Brooklyn Parlour with an intimate, in-depth consultation designed to bring your vision to life. Over the course of this private session, we’ll guide you through the earliest stages of your bespoke design process, including:
Personalized Mood Board Creation: Together, we’ll build a visual foundation that captures your story, style, and aspirations.
Heirloom + Material Review: Bring anything meaningful to you; your mother’s dress, family lace, vintage pieces, or existing ideas and we’ll explore how to thoughtfully integrate them.
Custom Sketching & Ideation: We’ll translate your ideas into initial sketches and concepts, bringing your vision into focus.
Comprehensive Design Consultation: From silhouettes and fabrics to emotional touchpoints, we’ll map out creative directions tailored to you.
Following your appointment, you’ll receive a full recap summarizing the mood board, sketches, and ideation notes—an invaluable keepsake and design roadmap. If you choose to proceed with a custom commission, your $450 consultation fee will be applied as a credit towards your final design..
CUSTOM HEIRLOOM CHARM NECKLACES
To create your custom Heirloom Charm Necklace, book time with our atelier team to choose your charms and create your unique design. Your 30 minute virtual appointment allows us to discuss your style and create a design specific to you with your input in real time.
Each necklace starts at $268 and includes the following:
